She is well known by her first brand which was created in 1991 as ISCHIKO and sold the brand in 2012.
Being raised in a family with many artist members, fashion was in her blood from an early age. She began by designing for a German brand but retired from that in 1991 to start her own label which specialized in modern silhouettes. More recently she created a line called ‘Exclusive’, where
she designed exclusive lines under her name. She designs clothing not with size 0 models in mind, but with the ‘real’ woman.
